Golden Rules
  • Burn-in Required: Before first use, run Lower Oven (Bake 400°F) and Upper Oven (Power Convection 400°F) for 1 Hour to remove factory odors.
  • Water Reservoir: Located top right. Fill with 22oz (650ml) of filtered water before any Steam Mode.
  • Rack Discipline:
Microwave mode = NO Metal Racks.
Self-Clean mode = Remove ALL Racks.
  • Steam Container Rules: Use the Steam Container only for Steam Cook on the Steam Rack. Glass lid is for Steam Cook only.
  • Drain & Descale: Drain after steam modes. Descale regularly; after ~12 hours of Steam Bake/Roast, steam modes lock until a descale cycle is completed.

  4. Tap Cook Time and enter duration via number pad.

  2. Place a baking sheet on a lower rack to catch drippings (Crucial for smoke reduction).
  3. Select Air Fry on the lower oven menu.
  4. Set temperature (350°F - 500°F). Default is 425°F.
  5. Tap Start.

Fill water reservoir first. Add 22 oz (650 ml) of water. Tap Open/Close Reservoir to eject the drawer.

  2. Set temperature (Bake/Convection 175°F - 550°F). Broil uses Hi/Lo only.
  3. Optional: set Cook Time or Delay Start.
  4. Tap Start.
Tip: Convection Vegetable does not require preheat and works best in single-oven mode on rack position 3.

Air Sous Vide

No preheat. Place sealed vacuum bags on rack 3. Set 100°F - 205°F.

Air Sous Vide → Set Temp → Start
Proof / Steam Proof

Start with a cool oven. Proof uses rack 2; Steam Proof uses rack 2 or 3.

Proof or Steam Proof → Set 95°F or 105°F
Dehydrate

Dry fruits or herbs on rack 3 or 4. Set 100°F - 225°F.

Dehydrate → Set Temp → Start
Keep Warm

Fixed 175°F, up to 3 hours. Not for reheating cold food.

Keep Warm → Start
