Health and fitness cheat sheets

The medical pages are built from published triage rules and trial data, and they say so on the page. Blood test results explained covers CBC, CMP, lipids, A1c and thyroid without turning every flagged value into a diagnosis. The ER-or-urgent-care page uses real decision rules (Ottawa ankle, PECARN, Canadian CT head). The reassurance tables cover what palpitations, floaters, twitches and lumps usually are, and the specific signs that mean they are not.

The longevity pages rank what the evidence supports, not what sells: the biomarkers that predict lifespan, the interventions that move them, and a supplement ledger that records what each trial actually measured. Number needed to treat puts common drugs and screenings on one honest scale. The training pages (strength, running, cycling, sleep, weight loss) are programming references with zones, volumes and pacing tables.

None of this is medical advice. It is the reference you read before the appointment so the appointment is useful.

Every sheet here is produced by a governed Claude Code pipeline: a version-controlled spec as acceptance criteria, primary-source research, a self-verification gate, and a public git audit trail. Read how it is built or browse the source on GitHub.

The map draws itself with JavaScript, which is off. The grid below lists every sheet, and each sheet's detail view names its neighbours.

Drag to pan, scroll to zoom, double-click to reset. Click a node to open its detail. Colour is category; size is how much it is read this month.
