Ham radio cheat sheets

The Baofeng pages are among the most-read references on this site, which says something about the manual. The quick reference is the visual one with every button and menu explained; the full guide covers manual programming, CHIRP, repeater offsets, and the legal line between ham, GMRS and FRS use. Read the quick reference first, then the guide when you want to program a repeater.

The Technician study guide is organised by the current 2026-2030 question pool. The channel chart gives GMRS, FRS and MURS frequencies, power limits and repeater pairs on one printable page, and the emergency radio card is meant to be printed and taped inside the radio bag for someone who has never used one.
