Philosophy and religion cheat sheets

The largest cluster is Buddhist practice, written for a secular reader who wants the method: the core teachings map, the 16 steps of mindfulness of breathing, the four foundations of mindfulness, and a set of debugger pages that treat anger, craving, the five hindrances and speech as systems with known failure modes. Each is grounded in the source texts and says which sutta it is drawing on.

The rest covers traditions and thinkers with the same approach: what the tradition holds, what it practises, what its texts are, and where popular summaries go wrong. Stoicism gets a page on its common misreadings. Objectivism gets a concise statement of its five branches. Judaism, Islam and the Shabbat evening service are reference pages for belief, practice and text, and the comparative religion map lines them all up.

20 references filed under Philosophy & Religion. Most read right now: Anapanasati: The 16 Steps of Mindfulness of Breathing; Judaism: Belief, Practice, Text & Peoplehood; Shabbat Evening Service: Kabbalat Shabbat & Ma'ariv.
